1. Delivery Information

Nancy’s Cakery Ltd operates a delivery-only service. We do not offer collection.

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

2. Delivery Days

  • We deliver on specific days only, which will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

  • Customers must select an available delivery date when placing their order.

  • We do not offer delivery outside of these specified days.

3. Notice Period

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cake orders.

  • Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be declined or cancelled.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery time slots are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

  • If no one is available:

    • The order may be left in a safe place at our discretion, or

    • The delivery may be deemed failed

  • In cases of failed delivery, no refund will be issued.

6. Risk and Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.

  • Nancy’s Cakery Ltd is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Any issues with your delivery (including damage or missing items) must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

  • We reserve the right to assess and determine appropriate action (refund or replacement).

8. Delivery Areas and Charges

  • Delivery areas and applicable fees will be shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations.

9. External Factors

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Road closures or traffic delays

  • Third-party courier issues
